White sage is believed to cleanse a space of any evil spirits or 'negative' energies that may be present.
Rose Petals are used for meditation, divination, increasing psychic abilities and communication, contacting powers and beings in other dimensions.
Please note when the rose petals dry, depending on the bouquet used the color may appear lighter than as shown. Color of dried rose petals may vary from photo. Sage bundles will also vary in size.
- Light the end of a sage bundle with a lighter.
- The tips of the leaves should smolder slowly, releasing thick smoke.
- Allow the smoke to linger on the areas of your body or surroundings you'd like to focus on.
- Allow the ash to collect in a ceramic bowl or shell.
How to use
How to use
To create sound with a singing bowl, firmly press the accompanying mallet in a circular motion against the bowl's outside edge or rim. When you hear a bright, clear tone, you can slow down the motion. Use your full arm to make the motion, rather than just rotating your wrist.
