Refund/Exchange and Shipping Policy

All Sales are Final. No Refunds issued. Exchanges are available for defected or damaged products only.

If you have any issues with your order please contact us at within 14 business days of your order.

Exchange Policy

All exhanges must be pre-approved. 

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you exchange. ( This timeframe is applicable to all items excluding teas, sea moss and sound bowls)

If 30 days have gone by since your sound bowl purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you exchange.(This timeframe is applicable to the sound bowls only.)

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the item must be returned. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 3721 New Macland Rd Ste 200 box 203, Powder Springs, GA 30127 once approved.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are approved for an exchange the shipping cost for your replacement item will be covered. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All singing bowls will have a seprate tracking number from your original purchase. Processing time takes about 5-7 business days before shipping. Shipping takes about 5-7 business days from the date of the order being processed.
